In between the busyness of taking care of children, Mama has defend yourself taking time to Sports: swimming, cycling, walking, aerobics, but how come there’s no result? The scale needle does not shift to the left and the muscles are not visible. Hmmm, how do you work out, Mama? Do just move and sweat a little plus fully tired? If this is the case, it could be that your intensity of exercise is lacking, so that the results are also not optimal.

Many of us exercise in our comfort zone, which is important already move and sweating. Even if you have a goal of exercising, for example lose weight or increase muscle mass, the right intensity is very important. If you normally walk, try adding more runs between walks. If you are ordinary jogging, try adding sprint between runs. If you usually take an hour of aerobic class, try doing high-intensity interval training for less time as well. Add weight training or add weight and change the number of reps. Don’t be afraid to give your body new challenges.
