BPJS Ketenagakerjaan: Additional benefits, fixed fees

JAKARTA. Ahead of the full operation in July, the Employment Social Security Administration (BPJS) ensures that there is no change in contributions from existing programs. Both the Old Age Security, Work Accident Insurance, and Death Security programs will still use the same amount of contributions as of today
In addition, the President Director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Elvyn Masassya said that his party would continue to develop existing programs to provide more benefits to its participants. “Later, the benefits will increase but the fees are fixed,” he said recently.
One of the program developments that they are currently serious about is through the JKK-RTW (Work Accident Insurance- Return to Work). The development of benefits from the JKK program provides an opportunity for employees who have had an accident to get assistance so that they can return to their place of work.
Currently, he said that there are already 300 companies working together in this program. The target is that by the end of this year, as many as 15 thousand large-scale companies that have become JKK participants can now sign the JKK-RTW cooperation.
