Using a 90-second mask can benefit a 20-minute mask, here's how
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Beauty care activities require a lot of time. Put on face mask for example, it should take about 30 minutes. Starting from cleaning the face, preparing warm water, wearing a mask, waiting for about 15-20 minutes so that the mask’s nutrients penetrate the skin, and clean the face.
Foreo’s Assistant Marketing Manager, Audrey Chan, said there are more practical ways to get the benefits of masks in 90 seconds. “We combine beauty technology from Sweden and Korea,” said Audrey at the launch of Foreo on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Audrey Chan explained Foreo was adopting the Korean mask trend of sheet shapes. However, from the point of view, it can be shorter because it uses a special tool called UFO-and indeed the shape is round and flat like a UFO. “So users can get the benefits of masks while saving time,” he said. If wearing a regular mask takes about 20 minutes, the Foreo mask, according to him, only takes 1.5 minutes or 90 seconds.

Foreo’s Field Coach, Faisca Mutiara Siahaan, said the UFO or Foreo device which is round and flat gives off a warm and cold sensation as needed. This tool and the mask are claimed to increase humidity skin up to 126 percent and keeps skin moisturised for up to six hours after use.
To use Foreo, Faisca said there are special masks and you need to download the Foreo application. From there, users will get instructions for use, record mask usage, and set reminders. How to wear it, all you have to do is clamp the special Foreo mask onto the UFO. After the appliance is turned on, you will feel a warm sensation which is useful for opening the pores.

Faisca said the warm sensation of this Thermo-Therapy ranges from 20 to 50 degrees Celsius. Then the T-Sonic technology on the UFO will insert the active ingredients of the mask into the skin. Finally, there is a cool sensation from Cryo-Therapy to lock in the active ingredients and tighten the skin face.
