Hydrogen Water, Myths and Facts!

This molecule will later bind the elements oxygen, nitrogen and carbon. Then, these elements form compounds, including sugar and water.
Hydrogen water is being loved. Basically, hydrogen water is ordinary water to which hydrogen molecules are added. Ordinary water (H2O) itself actually contains two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. However, adding elemental hydrogen, as to hydrogen water, is said to have many benefits over ordinary water.
Unfortunately, there is not much research to prove this. So it has not been proven whether the healthy benefits of hydrogen water are a fact or a myth. However, there are several health claims of hydrogen water, including:

Consumption of hydrogen water is said to provide antioxidant benefits. This is because the hydrogen molecule can act as an antioxidant that fights free radicals in the body. This will be useful and play a role in protecting cells from the effects of oxidative stress which can cause inflammation and various diseases, including cancer. However, further research is needed to determine the benefits of antioxidants in hydrogen water in healthy people as well as people with chronic conditions.
• Useful for Athletes
Athletes may be one of the groups that can take advantage of hydrogen water. Because, consumption of this type of water is said to help improve athletic performance during exercise. Hydrogen water is said to help reduce fatigue, fight inflammation and speed up the recovery process after exercise. There is a study that showed a soccer athlete who drank hydrogen water experienced a lower reduction in muscle fatigue compared to who took a placebo. If you are active in sports, maybe you can try consuming hydrogen water to improve performance.
• Prevent disease
As said earlier, hydrogen water is claimed to have antioxidant benefits. Well, this benefit is said to protect the health of the body and prevent the risk of disease. So, consuming hydrogen water might help the body stay healthy and not get sick easily.
Because research on this water is still limited, it is not known whether or not there are dangers from regular consumption of hydrogen water. Even if there is, it is still necessary to find out whether the effects caused will be more dangerous than the benefits of hydrogen water. In addition, there is no set number or limit for the mixture of hydrogen in water. As a result, the products sold on the market may have different levels of hydrogen. It is not yet known how much hydrogen can safely enter the body.
Apart from the myths and facts of hydrogen water, keep in mind that meeting water intake for the body is important in order to avoid dehydration or lack of fluids in the body.
