Sequis Life recorded Rp 644.95 billion for claims and benefits in the third quarter of 2019

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life carries out its corporate obligations as a life insurance player in Indonesia. Sequis continues to be committed to carrying out its obligations in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
In the third quarter of 2019, Sequis Life has paid total claims and benefits of Rp 644.95 billion. This value grew 19.01% year on year compared to the same position last year valued at IDR 541.54 billion. Meanwhile, its subsidiary, Sequis Financial, has paid total claims and benefits of Rp 26.422 billion.

The Sequis premium income in September 2019 was recorded at IDR 2.56 trillion. This value grew slightly by 1.26% on an annual basis or year on year from September 2018 valued at IDR 2.53 trillion.
One of Sequis’s customers who has received claims and benefits is Herman Jaya (65 years). He is a motorcycle distributor entrepreneur in Jakarta.
