DQ Officially Receives Provincial Decree LAZ
DQ has officially received the Provincial Level Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) Decree
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Good news came from the office of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta for the large family of the Indonesian Koran Wallet (DQ), especially for donors and beneficiaries of DQ programs. The reason is, DQ has officially received the Provincial Level Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) Decree from the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance (Dirjen Bimas Islam) of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia on February 3, 2021.
The handover was carried out in the Directorate of Zakat and Waqf Empowerment Room of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia directly by Drs. H. Tarmizi, MA as Director of Empowerment of Indonesian Zakat and Waqf at the Treasurer of the Indonesian Al-Qur’an Wallet Foundation, Basuki Rakhmad. On the occasion of handing over the SK, Drs. H. Tarmizi, MA congratulated DQ on the Provincial Level LAZ Decree that had been received. He hopes that DQ can grow and be more beneficial for the people.
“I hope that institutions that have obtained a decree such as the Indonesian Al-Qur’an Wallet will be more advanced and more useful to help the needs of the people. Of course, there are three most important needs of the people, such as basic daily needs, a house as a place to live, and health, “said Tarmizi.
Basuki Rakhmad as Treasurer of the Indonesian Al-Qur’an Wallet Foundation expressed his gratitude for the Provincial Level LAZ Decree for DQ. He advised all amil DQ to answer the trust of the Provincial Level LAZ Decree by working harder so that the donors will be more facilitated and the mustahiqs are increasingly helped.
“Thank God. I express a lot of gratitude for the presence of Allah for the mandate of this Provincial SK LAZ. I also express my gratitude to all those who have helped DQ in the process of accepting this SK LAZ. Hopefully, obtaining the Provincial Level LAZ Decree will be the first step for the DQ amil to work more for the benefit of the people, “said Basuki.
Director of the Indonesian Al-Qur’an Wallet, Agung Heru Setiawan, hopes that DQ can become LAZ that is professional, independent, and can help people to be more prosperous. “Hopefully DQ can be more beneficial to society so that the existence of DQ can have a lot of impact on improving the welfare of the community,” concluded Agung.
