BPJAMSOSTEK Madura Expands Participation in Bangkalan
BANGKALAN, beritalima.com | To increase public awareness of the Employment Social Security program and the ability to acquire workers for social protection, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJAMSOSTEK) Madura Branch held a socialization on the benefits of the BPJS Employment Program and the recruitment of the Shield Agency system for the Bangkalan Regency area, Wednesday (3/2/2021) .
The activity at the Madura Branch BPJS Employment Office in Bangkalan was led directly by the Head of the Madura Branch BPJAMSOSTEK Office, Dyah Swasti Kusumawardhani, followed by 13 prospective shield agents from the Bangkalan Regency Fisheries Service and the general public.
Head of the Madura Branch BPJAMSOSTEK Office, Dyah Swasti Kusumawardhani, said the socialization of the benefits of the Shield Agent program and recruitment was aimed at increasing public awareness of the importance of employment social security and increasing the acquisition of workers in the Wage Recipient (PU) and Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) sectors.
For this reason, the Madura Branch BPJS Ketenagakerjaan together with the Bangkalan Regency Fisheries Service and the Shield Agent candidate formed a team consisting of the Shield Office and the Shield Agent which functions to provide education related to the BPJS employment program and invite workers in Bangkalan Regency to become participants.
“For workers, there is no need to worry about the registration model through Perisai, because this format is official and is not differentiated, both in terms of services and access to information. Apart from that, we also closely monitor Perisai’s regulations and activities in the field, “said Dhyah, adding that Perisai’s agents will receive incentives for each acquisition and payment of fees made.
In this activity, Dhyah also explained about 4 BPJS Employment Programs and their benefits. He also said that the benefits of the program had been increased without an increase in contributions.
Dhyah hopes that this activity can increase public awareness of the Employment Social Security program as well as increase the number of members of the Madura Branch BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in Bangkalan. “Hopefully more workers in Bangkalan will be protected by the BPJS Employment program,” said Dhyah.
