One-Pan BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Like other good Americans, I love good barbecues. Until I was 30, I never thought there was a barbecue other than pork barbecue. Then I moved to Texas. And I noticed that their version of barbecue was made up of beef. Texas is a country of beef and they know how to cook it correctly. I grew up in a country of pork. But I love all the good barbecues!
