MERRY MISTLETOE COCKTAIL
The holiday season deserves a merry mistletoe cocktail! Mostly a milkshake, but not perfect! You will love the mint flavor that is perfect for Christmas. This mistletoe cocktail is mostly a heavy drinker milkshake, but not perfect. It's easy to drink, thick and rich, and completely mint tasty. With the addition of creme de cassis and Irish whiskey, we have just the right amount of holiday spirit.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 4-6 oz half and half or milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ingredients in blender. If drink is too thick add additional half and half or milk to thin. Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream if desired, serve immediately.
