Some foods should be avoided because they can increase the risk of heart disease. Here are 15 foods to avoid disease heart.

The heart is the body’s most vital organ. The slightest disturbance of the heart will affect other organs of the body and the worst can cause death.

Heart-healthy foods are those that have good nutrition for the cardiovascular system or reduce the risk of developing heart disease.

These foods also need to be complemented by the benefits of lowering ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol and blood triglycerides, reducing blood pressure, controlling body weight, and increasing insulin sensitivity.

The recommended types are foods that contain omega-3, potassium, calcium, magnesium, fiber, phytonutrients and antioxidants. This content is worthy of being the first choice for those who are trying to maintain or improve heart health.

1. Processed Meat

The nitrate content in processed meat can increase internal inflammation and chronic inflammation that is directly related to stiff atherosclerosis or narrowed arteries. This content is of course very dangerous for the heart.

Consumption of two tablespoons of tomato sauce feeds the body about 320 milligrams of sodium. This content meets the 14% daily limit. Plus the sugar content of tomato sauce is quite high, which is 8 grams in 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Therefore, it is also recommended not to consume a lot of tomato sauce.
