Two King Players, Buddy Hield, Positive on Corona Test
The news came immediately from the Sacramento Kings team less than 90 minutes after the team announced that forward Jabari Parker had tested positive for the coronavirus and was quarantined in Chicago.
Currently, the second reported Kings player is also reported positive. According to Sam Amick of The Athletic, Kings shooting guard Buddy Hield was also tested against the coronavirus and tested positive, which surprised everyone.

Hield is one of the best shooters in the NBA. He was former Oklahoma Sooner, averaging 19.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists for the 2019-20 season Kings before the match was postponed last March.
He also recorded a shooting rate of 42.9% from the field, 39.5% from the outside of the arc and 85.5% from the free throw line. Kings is one of 22 teams scheduled to be part of the season reopening at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Sacramento wants to shock the basketball world and reach the 2020 playoffs.

That’s very disappointing, as there is news that Buddy Hield is positive for the coronavirus. Hopefully Kings Star is asymptomatic and can be played in the “Bubble” game starting July 30th.

Buddy Hield started his NBA career at the New Orleans Pelicans. Sacramento Kings won it in 2017 with the DeMarcus Cousins blockbuster trade package. Hield recorded an average career of 15.9 points, 4.2 boards and 2.2 assists in the NBA.
He signed a favorable contract extension with Sacramento Kings before the start of the 2019-20 season. Sacramento will fight Memphis Grizzlies, Portland Trail Blazers, Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelican and San Antonio Spurs, with the final seed playoffs at the Western Conference once the “bubble” game begins.
