The release date for Fortnite Season 3 has been postponed due to a major demo in the US! Fortnite Chapter 2, Season 2 will end next week. However, due to a major demonstration following George Floyd’s death in the United States, Fortnite’s latest season release will be postponed.
On May 25, 2020, a 46-year-old black man, George Floyd, died in Minneapolis, Minnesota, after white police officer Derek Chauvin pressed his knees against Floyd’s neck for nearly nine minutes.
For the last three minutes, Floyd was stationary and pulseless, but the medical staff who treated him intensively refused to revive him. Floyd was confirmed dead at a nearby hospital. This is why the masses get out of the house and start demonstrating because of the racist element of killing.
