1. Walk
Walking is a body movement to move the body from one place to another by taking alternating footsteps.
2. Running
Running is a movement that is performed like walking, but at an accelerated tempo.
3. Jump
Jumping is done by turning your body upwards and then landing on one leg.
This movement requires muscle strength, body balance, and body coordination.
4. Tiptoe
Tiptoe is the movement of moving the body using one leg to support and move, while the leg is bent at the knee.
5. Creeping
The creeping movement is carried out with the body prone on the floor with the head slightly raised, then the hands are moved forward together.
6. Jump
