Apart from being used as coconut ice, here are 6 benefits of coconut water for health

Grid.ID – Coconut tree is one of the trees that is often found in tropical countries like Indonesia.

Many people argue that the coconut tree is a multi-benefit tree because all parts of the tree, from the roots, stems, to the fruit can be used.

This also includes coconut water in the fruit.

In general, coconut water is often used as a coconut ice drink which is served together with shavings of coconut flesh.

But besides being used as a refreshing drink, coconut water has many health benefits.

As reported by Healthline via Kompas.com, coconut water is formed naturally in coconuts and contains 94 percent water and less fat.

Typically, coconut water comes from young coconuts around 6-7 months old, although it is also found in ripe fruit.
